An open archive

The Sovereign Speech Index is open source. The full corpus of speech transcripts, sentence-level dimension tags, and the rubric used to produce them is available for download as a single archive.

The archive includes:

• Every speech as a JSON file with one entry per sentence and one tag per dimension.
• The aggregate per-year totals used to power the overview charts on this site.
• The current rubric for each of the six dimensions.
• Source attribution for every transcript.
